Surface conditioning and preparation
AVTF has over 40 years of expertise in vacuum technology, and disposes of its own specialist Training Centre (
Adixen
University
). Based on the training experience AVTF has, they – in collaboration with
ASML
,
Carl
Zeiss
and TNO – will develop a tailored training programme in the field of vacuum technology and cleanliness, surface physics and chemistry, general surface preparation and tribology and surface behaviour.
