Complementary competence training

Educating researchers does not only imply content based research training; it also implies providing all necessary tools for researchers to take the next step in their careers. For this purpose, all project partners have decided to set up a 5th TEP which specifically aims at providing competencies training. As it is considered essential, these topics will also be highlighted in specific transfer of knowledge activities. Training areas foreseen are: International management, Coaching and mentoring skills, Research related ethics, IPR, Presentation skills, Writing scientific articles, European languages & cultures, Grant proposal writing.
